게이트 중 가장 많은 사람이 모이는 공간이지만 그에 비해 좁은 도로, 기존 녹지 공간의 활용 부족. 이 두 가지를 중심적으로 프로젝트에 접근했습니다.
사람들이 다양한 진행 방향으로 자유롭게 이동할 수 있도록 중앙에 메인 광장을 배치했습니다. 또한 가파르고 구불거리는 샛길을 불편하게 여김을 파악해 메인 광장 옆에 경사로를 배치했습니다.
중앙의 메인 광장, 동쪽에 인포메이션 센터 및 쉼터와 경비실, 서쪽에 커뮤니티 룸과 미니 광장. 이 세 구역을 입체적인 지붕의 연결로 연결성을 주었습니다. 또한 공통적으로 개방성을 주는 것에 초점을 맞췄습니다.
This site is the most crowded space among the gates, but by comparison, narrow roads and lack of utilization of existing green spaces. I approached this project around these two things.
The main square was placed in the center to allow people to freely move in various directions of progress. In addition, they found the steep and winding side streets uncomfortable, so they placed a ramp next to the main square.
Main Square in the center, information center and shelter and security office in the east, and community room and mini square in the west. Connectivity was given to these three zones by the connection of three-dimensional roofs. Also, I focused on giving openness in common.
Program
인포메이션 센터는 큰 통창을 사면에 뚫고 보이드 공간과 함께 높은 층고를 주어 개방감을 주었습니다. 그 옆은 경비실로 여기 다른 곳과는 다르게 사적인 공간이기 때문에 다른 공간에 비해 창을 작게 뚫었습니다.
메인 광장은 사람들이 어디로든 갈 수 있는 동선이 열려 있음을 보여주고 싶었습니다. 때문에 중앙에서 있도록 중앙에서 보았을 때 여러 갈래로 시선이 갈 수 있도록 유도했습니다. 지붕과 지붕에서 자연스럽게 내려오는 벽을 통해 외부지만 내부에 있는 느낌을 주고 싶었습니다.
메인 광장 옆에는 레벨 차이를 주어 다른 공간과 차이를 준 커뮤니티 룸이 있습니다. 여기 있는 2칸의 계단으로 내려와 세 개의 룸으로 들어갈 수 있고 룸에서 나와 한숨 돌리고 싶을 때 앉을 수 있는 벤치와 정원을 두었습니다. 세 개의 룸 모두 층고가 세 개 모두 4000에서 5500으로 소통할 때 창의력이 향상되고 스트레스가 해소될 수 있도록 벽과 지붕도 기울인 색다른 공간을 만들었습니다.
Information center cut through the large barrel on the slope and gave it a high floor along with the void space, giving it a sense of openness. Next door is the security office, which is a private space unlike anywhere else here, so I drilled the window smaller than other spaces. I wanted to show that the main square is open for people to go anywhere. So that it was in the center, and when viewed from the center, I was encouraged to have multi-pronged eyes. I wanted to give it a feeling that it was outside but inside through the roof and the walls that naturally come down from it. Next door is the community room that made the level difference from other spaces. We have a bench and garden where you can come down two steps here, enter three rooms, and come out of the room and sit down when you want to take a breather. All three rooms have a unique space where the walls and roof are tilted so that creativity can be enhanced and stress can be relieved when all three floors communicate from 4000 to 5500.
